Premier League: A brilliant second-half display ensures that Chelsea seals an emphatic 3-0 victory. The first period was a tight affair: both teams were confined to chances on the break, but Son and Mount both squandered openings for either side.
However, Chelsea clicked into gear after the break. First, Silva firmly headed in Alonso’s corner to start the half. Then, Kante‘s 25-yard strike flicked wickedly off Dier to confuse Lloris, before rolling in off the post. From there, Chelsea had plenty of chances to make the scoreline look even more handsome. But after wasting plenty of chances, Rudiger made it three when he swept in Werner’s cut-back. Tottenham will be disheartened by poor performance, but for Chelsea, this is a statement of three points.

An incredible Double save came at the 82nd minute of the game when Werner got very close to goal and was saved by Hugo to rebound it in Alonso’s feet and he shots but was blocked by the defenders. The block was received by Kovacic on the left side of the box and was crossed for Cesar. Cesar tried to head it in for Werner to tap in but was gloriously saved by Lloris to deny the third goal.
